Meditation
Inspiration and insight happen when we are quiet and ready to listen. Information comes to us in the space between our thoughts. When we can truly find stillness, we are meditating and thus opening the door to the path of awareness and ultimately peace.

Breathwork

Yoga
For over 30 years, RoseAnn has been practicing and teaching yoga and pilates at all levels around the world. She has a depth of knowledge of these practices that allows her to support those with specific ailments. All sessions can be recorded for use at your own convenience.
Adopting a conscious healthy movement practice will make your body stronger, more flexible and balanced. But wait, there’s more! Yoga is far more than physical exercise. All of the movements are connected with your mind and spirit. RoseAnn will create a “Personal Movement Prescription” that is tailored specifically to your needs. The result? Total wellness–mind, body and spirit.
Sound Healing
Modern medicine can now measure and confirm sound as a means of promoting mental, physical and emotional health. Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, bells, rattles and drums vibrations are the tools used to promote the healing process.
We, as humans, are mostly made of water. Think about how water is affected by even the slightest of vibrations. We too are affected by our own movements, thoughts and experiences throughout our day, whether we realize it or not. Vibrational sound healing sessions with RoseAnn recalibrate your energy to be at the vibration, frequency and strength that is optional for your health and wellness. It will release toxins in your body, stressors in your mind and blocked energy in your spirit.
Embrace something new! Many people who enjoy vibrational sound healing have reported “out of body” experiences and a deep sense of tranquility. After a session, people report that they are sleeping more soundly and can feel the effects long after their session.

Energy Clearing & Harmonizing (ECH)
Energy can become blocked which can result in physical and psychological disturbances. Let’s go in, clear up and harmonize your energy. After even one session with RoseAnn, you’ll feel rested, refreshed and inspired.
Once your energy centres are restored to their natural state of flow, your overall health will improve. The chakras (energy centres of the body) are used to help diagnose and heal the complete self physically, mentally and spiritually. ECH can be used to heal physical ailments, and also provide insight into issues going on inside the body.
ECH is non-intrusive healing energy work that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and tension and can be done in person or via computer screen. Psychologically, one hour is equivalent to four hours of sleep.
P.S. Did you know ECH can be done for your home as well? This essential work can and should be done regularly in your home. Whether we live alone or not, our home is a container of energy. It is important to clear energy that does not promote health and wellbeing.
It is equally as important to set intentions for the spaces in your home. For example, your bedroom should be a space of restful ease, the kitchen should hold energies of nourishment and office areas focus and innovation.
